All purchases on comes with a 30-day return policy and 12 months warranty, with some exceptions such as consumables (batteries, masking tapes. etc)

Can I return my product?

You may return your product under following circumstances:

1, Within 7 days of purchase
2, The product is unused and can be resold

Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
1, Returns must include all accessories
2, Items must include original packaging
3, Returns may be rejected if items do not me
et the above requirements.
4, If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


How do I return an item?

Please reach out to Kodai customer support ( to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.



We provide 12 months of warranty to all product purchased on this site, with the following exceptions

1. We provide 30 day warranty for batteries.

2. We do not provide warranty for consumables such as masking tapes.


How to claim your warranty

1. For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise, a new item will be sent to you.

2. Process

Contact with us at and describe the defect(s) of the product your purchased, and we will reply to you within 3 business day.
2.1 The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase (Order ID or Sales invoice)
2.2 The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
2.3 It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection.
Note:* If the defective item is damaged, visible proof (if any) must be provided along with the item’s serial number (if any).
* You may need to return the item for quality inspection.

3. Valid proof of purchase

3.1 The purchase order number
3.2 Sales invoice or PayPal order number
3.3 The sales receipt or order information with date, product description, price, total mount and valid seller's sign.
* Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).
Warranty claims for product defects expire 3-year after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty time frame or 1-year warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.

4. Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations

4.1 Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
4.2 Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
4.3 Buyer’s accidental returns
4.4 Returning personal items
4.5 Returning goods claimed to have defects, but Kodai Team quality control founds that they are working in normal conditions
4.6 Returning defective items in international shipping
4.7 Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
Tips for Refund: Returns must include all accessories. Items must include original packaging.
For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs, and Kodai refunds the cost of the product itself.
Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

5 Not Covered Under Warranty

5.1 Products without sufficient proof of purchase
5.2 Lost or stolen products
5.3 Items that have expired their warranty period
5.4 Non quality-related issues
5.5 Repairs through 3rd parties
5.6 Damage from outside sources
5.7 Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly) 
6.8 Purchases from unauthorized re-seller

6. Kodai Team is not liable for

6.1 Loss of data incurred from the use of Kodai Team products
6.2 Returning personal items sent to Kodai Team
6.3 Package destroyed due to incomplete address delivery failure (USPS etc.)

When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Kodai Team does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
